Dr Robyn Mills (Ph.D) is an inspirational speaker living her vision to touch humanities heart through her singing, art and speaking. Robyn is the Executive Producer of The Difference Radio network and has interviewed inspiring people from around the world including Dr Masaru Emoto. The radio network has now reached 253,000 listens since its inception 3 years ago.
Robyn began her career as a general and psychiatric trained nurse and also obtained qualifications and experience in many other modalities including naturopathy, reflexology, herbal medicine, massage, hypnotherapy and marriage celebrancy. With a degree in Psychology and social research methods, Robyn has worked for the last 15 years as a psychologist in private practice. Robyn was the founder and past Director of the College of Mind Therapies training hypnotherapists. She has also lectured at several of the major universities in Melbourne, Australia. Robyn was a psychiatric consultant nurse in an emergency department of a major city hospital becoming the first psychiatric triage nurse employed in this role.
After 41 years in the health profession healing and supporting others, Robyn felt compelled to focus on her own spirituality and honouring her dream of making a difference through her music. The impetus was so strong that she felt she would die with a broken heart if she didn’t pursue it.
Since beginning her singing career, Robyn has appeared on national TV several times, she won Channel 9’s competition to find Australia’s answer to Susan Boyle, she also performed on Kerri Ann Kenneally’s national morning show, as well as Sunrise on channel 7. Robyn sings from the heart, plays her flute and creates heart centered meditations and visualisations.
Robyn currently works as an actress, singer/entertainer, marriage celebrant, inspirational public speaker and an artist. Her, experience, wisdom and intuition help make her heart-felt difference in the world. Her focus is engaging, energising and expanding the goodness in humanity’s heart.
